Olympus America has provided us with a coupon good for upgrading any V3.2 SDK supported camera firmware to get support for the Olympus SDK. With the coupon, the upgrade will cost $29.95 plus S&H.

To get this coupon, please send a text (not HTML) email to the email address listed at the bottom of this form. Please read the following information first. To receive a coupon, the email MUST contain the following information.

a valid return email address to send the Adobe PDF format coupon to.
the camera model, e.g., C700, C5050, etc., you are requesting the firmware upgrade for.
an unedited, minimum resolution photo, taken with the camera you wish to upgrade, with the lens cap on.

PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL FOR UPGRADES THAT ARE NOT NECESSARY FOR SDK SUPPORT AS WE CANNOT HONOR SUCH REQUESTS. ANY SUCH REQUESTS OR REQUESTS THAT DO NOT CONTAIN ALL THE REQUESTED INFORMATION WILL BE IGNORED AND NO REPLY WILL BE SENT.

If your camera requires an upgrade to work with the SDK, we will email the PDF format coupon back to you. You may use Adobe Acrobat reader to print the coupon and then include the printed coupon in the box when you send the camera into the Olympus Service center. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, it may obtained free at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.

To avoid wasting everyone's time, please check your firmware first. If it is at or above the minimum listed firmware version, a coupon will not be sent even if there is a newer version of the firmware available.
